CIK cell phone long distance service is a legacy service developed by CIK back to 15 years ago. Customer can use a cell phone or another phone to dial the local access number in your area, and our system will automatically detect your phone number so that you can make the long distance call.

To prevent dialing long distance via your cell phone company due to the wrong operation, we recommend you contact your long distance company to block long distance before using our cell phone long distance.

If your cell phone long distance service is bundled with other CIK monthly service, it will be displayed on your monthly invoice.

10. Can I make a call from a non-registered phone?

By default, you are only allowed to call from a registered phone number which you can not block the caller ID.

Currently we do not provide toll-free number but we have local access numbers from all of the major cities in Canada.
