Any CIK service can be cancelled within 30 days from the service activation date. The hardware fee for purchases will be fully refunded if the hardware is returned in the original package within 7 days after the cancellation date. Any one-time charges such as processing fees, activation fees, installation fees, upgrading fees, shipping fees, or Bell/Rogers DMC charges are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount, if it was originally waived or discounted. The fixed monthly service fee will be waived and variable charges such as long distance charge, usage charge or Pay-per-View charge will be billed based on the regular usage rates.
This policy only applies to new customers who have installed CIK services for the first time. It doesn't apply to a service reactivation at the same address, or a DSL/Cable conversion, or a move to a new address, or any Telus Fiber internet service.
