Unlimited High Speed Internet:
CIK’s High Speed Cable Internet uses the Rogers/Cogeco/Videotron/Shaw Cable line to transmit internet signals. Our cable internet service covers Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. On the other hand, our High Speed DSL/FTTN Internet uses a PSTN phone line (copper loop) to transmit internet signals, and covers Ontario and Quebec with internet speed up to 50Mbps.
CIK Fibre is a generic term for any CIK broadband network architecture using optical fibre, that delivers future technology with optical wires made of fiberglass, which makes it possible to send information/data at the speed of light and is resistant to heat and cold, which assures uninterrupted internet at all times.
As one of the most important technologies in the next generation network, Fibre optic cables are able to carry much more data than copper cables, especially over long distances; copper telephone networks built in the 20th century are being replaced by fibre.
Home Phone Service:
CIK’s Home Phone service offers customers affordable phone service that includes free local calling to all of Canada (except Area code 867) as well as features such as voicemail, caller name display, call waiting and call forwarding.
Digital TV Service:
CIK has developed a multi-media platform to allow customers to watch TV shows using Digital TV technology, which enables services such as video-on-demand (VOD) and internet videos. A Set Top Box (STB) is all that is required to access these services.
Home Entertainment and health monitoring Service:
Our R&D centre has developed a series of patented products including TVOD, Games and Wireless Weight Scale etc based on our STB technology. We Speak Your Language:
Considering that the majority of CIK customers are from ethnic communities in Canada, CIK customer support specialists are required to speak at least 2 languages – English/French and their native language. Our call centers are language friendly, enabling customers to reach the correct support teams and receive time efficient top-notch customer service and technical support at customer’s preferred language. Currently, CIK offers support in many languages including English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Vietnamese and Arabic.
This is a CIK standard policy. All services provided by CIK come with a 30-day guarantee, available from the date of activation. Customers have the right to cancel the service within 30 days from the time of sign-up and all monthly fees and hardware purchases are refundable except one-time charges.
Hardware Lifetime Warranty:
For all hardware purchases from CIK, a lifetime warranty is included. Should any issues arise, CIK will replace any defective hardware free of costs for any active customer.
CIK provides 24/7 support, over the phone, online chat and email. For some customers who prefer customer service in other languages (listed above), we have multilingual staff available most hours of the day.
