How to use it?
After the service has been activated, each time, when the customer needs to make an outbound call, they will dial the local call-back access number. Once dialed, the customer will hear a fast busy signal, which indicates to them to hang up. Within 10 seconds, the customer will receive a call, and a dial tone will be provided. Then, the customer simply dials the 10 digit number to they wish to call.
